Campers will dive into food production, preparation and exploration. With a mix of farm and kitchen experiences that delight the senses and inspire the soul. Join Rogue Valley Farm to School staff as we cultivate our ability to grow and cook delicious, healthy, seasonal meals. Hands-on farming and cooking will be a part of each day, as will seasonal crafts. science investigations and fun-loving games.
Monday-Wednesday-Friday we will be cooking in the Co-op classroom. Tuesday-Thursday we will be on-farm at the SOU Center for Sustainability. Classes run 9am-1pm each day.
